Between the ages of two and a half and three, children take huge steps in their development. Now much more on the go, they are keen to explore and imitate the world around them as they become more aware of the environment they live in.

Their social world opens up alongside their language development, and we ensure that all children are given the opportunity to have their voice heard.  You notice that your child will start to ask lots of questions, it’s these that give us the insight and ideas into what interests and fascinates them and helps us to plan their play and learning experiences.

This is supported by a key person who observes each child’s development through their chosen activities and interests.  Their role is then to plan the activities that will encourage the child's development learning and knowledge.
