Firstly we are saying goodbye to one of our staff Rachel D from the Baby Unit. Rachel has worked for the company for 6 years and has decided to have a career change. We wish Rachel all the best in the future. Her last day at Nursery will be Friday 12th November 2012, Pauline who has been covering on the Toddler Level with return to the baby unit.

Amanda who is currently on maternity leave will return to her position as Toddler Level leader on 2nd January 2013  

1) Staff have started to implement the new EYFS, that came into effect from Sept 2012. This is similar to the old EYFS. Please feel free to speak to member of staff regarding this if you would like to know more information.  

We have a limited number of free early education places for 2 year olds in Trafford. Eligible children may be able to access up to 10 hours per week of free early education at an approved provider who is part of the scheme. 

Staff Update
As I am sure you are already aware Michelle has now left and the staff wish her all the best. Gina has taken the Managers role and I am pleased to announce that Zara has accepted the Deputy Manager position. Amanda from busy bees room has now gone on maternity leave and Jade will be returning from maternity leave in September.
 

You may already be aware that Parents Evenings are this week between May15th to May17th, if you are unable to attend please feel free to organise an alternative date with your child’s key worker.

This year we are closed on Monday June4th and Tuesday June 5th as it is the Queens Jubilee. To celebrate this we are having a party on Friday 1st June. We invite your child to wear anything in red, white and/or blue. We will play some traditional British party games and end the day with a party tea. If you wish to book your child in for an extra session or day please speak to Michelle or Gina as soon as possible.
